One of the key aspects of our programme is to provide service to other parts of the Association and to prepare Explorer Scouts to develop leadership skills. To this end, tohil supports the Young Leaders' Scheme, where members are encouraged to assist in leading Beaver, Cub and Scout sections.

For more information on the Young Leader Scheme, click below.

All Explorers who become Young Leaders need to register to ensure that they receive the best support that Cotswold Edge District can provide. Click below to download a registration form

Tohil actively encourages its members to register for and undertake the Duke of Edinburgh award Scheme. Go to the DoE page on our site by clicking below.

The training programme has numerour activity badges that can be gained. Some can be gained by developing skills while others are staged, so that they can provide a unified approach ascross the different sections of the movement. Click below for details of these badges.
